An excellent opportunity to join a large global organisation in a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator role. Working in the global fleet team (truck / trailer) you will coordinate vehicle breakdowns, MOT’s and recovery services + be responsible for managing internal relationships, coordinating ongoing fleet maintenance & organising all administration for a busy large UK Road logistics fleet.
Key Responsibilities
• Administration - Fleet Maintenance - workshop facility, mobile repair and recovery services.
• Customer service / build good internal customer relationships
• Customer Service - Breakdown Support
* Coordinate and manage all plant and UK Fleet maintenance programmes in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations & warranties
• Fleet administration & compliance experience.
• Overseeing the implementation of the Company’s planned preventative maintenance programme.
• Negotiation with customers / suppliers
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Coordinating with operational staff – managers and regional directors
