Description:

Our client is looking for a strong fleet or transport compliance administrator, with superb attention to detail, to join them as Fleet Compliance Assistance.

Their team is dedicated to ensuring smooth operations and timely deliveries. They are looking for a talented Fleet Compliance Assistance to work alongside the Fleet Co-Ordinator, supporting with the legal compliance for all drivers.

You will handle a wide range of administrative tasks to keep the transport department running smoothly. From managing vehicle documents to communicating with drivers. A background in transport or compliance is desirable.

As Fleet Compliance Assistance you will:

* Ensure legal compliance in road transport operations, including EU rules and Working Time Directive, in collaboration with Fleet Operations Managers.

* Conduct driver license checks and communicate vehicle/driver availability to planning team.

* Handle tasks related to fleet compliance.

* Manage driver daily checks and inspection sheets.

* Arrange fleet servicing and maintenance plans.

The role is full time based in their Colsterworth office.
