Description:
The Automotive Division of Questech Recruitment have an exciting Fleet Administrator role working for an Industry leading, well-established firm with great facilities and opportunities.
Immediate starts are available. This position would start and be ongoing through the agency, potential permanent opportunties are avaialble.
Fleet Administrator duties:
This role requires a strong administrator, with experience of working within an automotive or fleet environment.
* Processing job cards.
* Creating invoices.
* Liaising with different departments to ensure high efficiency.
* Dealing with Excel spreadsheets
* Leading team calls and putting reports together.
* General administrative duties such as filing, scanning,
Fleet Administrator Specifications
* Must be computer literate and comfortable working with Word and Excel.
* Comfortable with accurately entering data into spreadsheets using functions and formulas.
* Strong communication and administrative skills.
* Previous experience within a similar role.
The Hours:
You will work Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm. Some flexibility may be available.
The Pay:
The pay rate is circa £15 per hour dependent upon experience and qualifications.
