Fitter - Norwich

Join UK Power Networks as a Fitter based in Norwich, helping to maintain and repair electrical plant and equipment across the distribution network, from low voltage systems up to 132kV substations.

Working as part of a skilled Network Operations team, you'll carry out inspections, support safe working practices, use handheld technology to manage work activities, and help deliver a reliable electricity supply to customers across Norfolk and the wider UK Power Networks area.

We're looking for safety-focused individuals with a full UK driving licence, strong teamwork and communication skills, and a willingness to develop their technical knowledge, including working towards a City & Guilds 2339 qualification where required.

In return, you'll receive a salary of £41,031, a 3% bonus, excellent benefits, generous pension contributions, and ongoing training opportunities.

Candidates with transferable skills may also be considered for the Craft Attendant Fitter training pathway
