Our client is seeking an experienced Fitout Site Manager for an 11 week job in Newbury. As Site Manager you will be responsible for the complete workings of the site. Additionally, you will be backed up by excellent operational systems and procedures as well as tried and tested sub contractors. You will need to have strong client facing skills as the end client is in close proximity to the site.
Suitable candidates will have varied experience and a proven track record of managing projects. Candidates should also have held the position of Site Manager for at least 3 years, have a strong knowledge of Educational, Commercial, Health and Leisure projects. They will have worked for large main building contractors, and have experience as both number one on site and managing a section of the project in conjunction with other sectors and site managers.
SMSTS and Full first aid will be required on this job, and ideal candidates will also have a degree level qualification
