Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager with a background in super prime residential projects to oversee the successful execution of fit-out works on site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the fit-out process, ensuring that projects are delivered to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the fit-out phase of super prime residential projects from start to finish.
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of fit-out works.
* Oversee the installation of high-quality finishes, fixtures, and fittings in accordance with project specifications and client requirements.
* Monitor progress against project schedules and budgets, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
* Implement and enforce health, safety, and quality standards on site, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
* Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to provide regular updates on project progress and address any concerns or requests.
* Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, inspection records, and as-built drawings.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Fit-Out Site Manager in the super prime residential sector, with a track record of successfully delivering high-quality projects in London.
* Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methodologies, materials, and techniques.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field.
