Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for our award winning Shirley based client who are seeking a First Line IT Support Engineer to work at their Shirley based Head Office.
Due to potentially having to visit other local offices, a driving licence is essential.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
Duties and tasks will include:
Supporting users on a range of software and hardware issues
Supporting the IT network manager
Working with the IT database administrator to enhance the use of the systems and the user experience
Training new and existing users and developing training materials
Supporting IT developer Candidates welcome to apply for the role will have the following:
Multi tasking within a small IT team
Supporting users with hardware and software issues
Prioritising and completing projects and tasks to deadlines
Learning and using new programming languages
