Description:
We have excellent opportunities for FIRE STOPPING ENGINEERS, based with our Client on the AWE Burghfield Site in Reading, Berkshire.
This professionals will be excellent at working autonomously, in conjunction with substantial experience in fire safety design and retrospective fire strategies.
Third party review/design verification with fire safety standards is desirable with the ability to provide fire consultancy technical advice and services to our clients.
IDEAL CANDIDATES
Understanding of UK and EU fire safety legislation and standards,
Fire strategies and design reviews for new projects and refurbishments.,
Develop retrospective fire safety strategies,
3rd party review/design verification against standards,
Fire technical and management advice and services to clients.,
Excellent client liaison and communication skills,
Excellent IT Proficiency,
You should have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in fire safety consultancy.,
Ideally be degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant H&S / design / engineering / related disciplines
DESIRABLE
You will be registered with a relevant UKAS accredited organisation or professional body (such as the Institution of Fire Engineers)
IFE, IFSM or IEng Member status
Experience in management of projects from inception to completion
