Salary: £40,000- £50,000 (depending on experience) + Company vehicle

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Compartment Fire Surveyor to support a growing portfolio of projects across the UK.
Key responsibilities include
* Conducting detailed compartmentation inspections
* Ability to work in confined spaces such as loft areas
* High attention to detail
* Dealing with the public/residents
* Ability to mock up floor plans for loft compartmentation details
* Measuring compartment breaches and identifying service types
* Being able to read floor plans and compartmentation drawings
* Accurately explaining firestopping breaches and being able to Provide firestopping solutions
Essential Experience
* Full UK Driving License
* Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Passive Fire Protection (or equivalent) for firestopping surveyors
* IFE certificate Level 2 +
* Proven experience in conducting firestopping inspections
* Strong understanding of current fire safety regulations and compliance standards
* Ability to produce clear, accurate survey reports
* Good written and spoken English
* Ability to work unsupervised
