London based
£190 / £200 per day
We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Fire Stopper to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a modern, forward-thinking business that values the skills, dedication and expertise of its people.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out passive fire protection installations in accordance with current regulations and industry standards.
* Complete fire stopping works to a high standard across a range of commercial and residential properties.
* Record completed works accurately, including photographic evidence where required.
* Identify and report fire safety issues and recommend remedial actions where necessary.
* Ensure all work complies with relevant fire safety legislation and best practice guidelines.
* Maintain high levels of health and safety compliance at all times.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Fire Stopping (essential).
* Strong knowledge of passive fire protection systems and installation methods.
* Good understanding of fire safety regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent attention to detail and quality of workmanship.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
* FIRAS Card (preferred).
* BM TRADA Certification (preferred).
