Location: Bath

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 basic + Bonus & Car or Car Allowance

A growing provider of Fire, Security, and technical building services is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead its installation division.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing installation teams, driving operational performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities – Installation Manager

As a Group Installation Manager, your role will include:

Leading and developing installation teams across multiple projects

Overseeing the delivery of Fire, Security, and associated technical installations

Managing departmental performance, budgets, and operational objectives

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Supporting business growth and key account development

Conducting performance reviews and implementing improvement plans
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation and industry standards

Working closely with sales, service, and project teams to ensure successful delivery
Requirements – Installation Manager

Proven management experience within Fire & Security, M&E, or technical building services

Strong leadership and people management skills

Experience managing installation operations, contracts, or project delivery teams

Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and performance targets

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Good understanding of construction and Health & Safety requirements

Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable

NEBOSH, IOSH, SMSTS, or similar Health & Safety qualifications

Experience managing large-scale installation teams and projects
