Job Title: Compliance Manager / Technical Estimator
Company Overview: Our client is a leading provider of Fire Safety and Security solutions, with a strong commitment to excellence, quality, and compliance with industry standards. They are currently seeking a diligent and experienced Compliance Manager / Technical Estimator to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Compile evidence and documentation to support BAFE & NSI audits.
Lead NSI & BAFE audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
Participate in management meetings to meet BAFE & NSI KPIs.
Support Operations Team without direct management responsibilities.
Design fire alarm and security systems, ensuring compliance.
Prepare Operation & Maintenance documentation for projects.
Requirements:
Relevant qualifications and experience in the field.
Experience in compiling evidence for BAFE & NSI audits.
In-depth knowledge of BAFE & NSI regulations.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in fire alarm and security system design software.
Experience in estimating project costs.
Proactive problem-solving approach.
