Role: -Fire Risk Consultant
Location: -Remote with frequent travel around the UK and occasionally overseas

Russell Taylor Group has a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Fire Risk Consultant to join a national company providing fire risk assessments to a number of different customers around the UK and occasionally overseas. For this role you need to be confident in delivering reports and interacting with clients and various professionals within the business and customer base.

Responsibilities
• Conduct fire risk assessments and fire safety consultancy for a number of clients complex buildings around the UK.
• Provide support on enquires , scope of the work, project briefing and conduct presentations to clients when required.
• Assist with account management when needed.
• Process and help to resolve any customer queries.
• Perform validation, verification and QA of technical reports.
• Provide support and help with mentoring other consultants within the business.
• Attend and present talks at seminars, conferences & webinars
• Review draft publications and prepare technical articles for a journal.
• Provide support to the sales and marketing department.

The Person
• Previous experience within Fire consultancy- for this role they need someone who can hit the ground running.
• Need to have Level 4 qualification in Fire Risk assessment or Fire safety management.
• Ability to engage effectively and professionally with internal and external people.
• Happy to be on the road travelling as a large part of the role, when not on the road you will be able to work remotely to complete your reports/admin.
• Collaborative style of working that enhances business and project performance.
• Ability to lead by example
• Excellent project management experience.
