Are you a Fire Risk Assessor with experience within the residential sector? Are you looking for your next move with a specialist Heath & Safety and Fire consultancy?

TSA Surveying are looking for a Fire Risk Assessor to join a growing consultancy with their fire team. Our client have offices across the UK, servicing clients in the residential, commercial and educational sectors, covering high rise blocks of flats, universities and large commercial outfits. They currently have a team of 20 surveyors, and have plans to expand this further with a large pipeline of consistent work coming through for 2024/2025 and are looking for someone experienced, determined and eager to expand their knowledge. Works include type 1-4 fire risk assessments in a residential and commercial setting.

An ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate competence in type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments and have a good knowledge on health and safety legislation. Relevant qualifications include:

* Tier 2 IFSM Registered

* NEBOSH General Certificate

* NEBOSH in Fire Safety

Salary is £42,400 + £4320 car allowance + 10% annual bonus.
