Location: London
Position: Full-time Permenant
Join Our Growing Fire Safety Team
We are seeking 2 experienced Fire Risk Assessors (FRAs) to join our team, carrying out Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments across a portfolio of properties in London.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments in accordance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
* Identify fire hazards and assess risks to occupants and properties.
* Produce comprehensive, high-quality fire risk assessment reports.
* Provide practical and cost-effective recommendations for compliance and risk reduction.
* Liaise with clients, property managers, and stakeholders as required.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Essential Requirements
* Level 3 Qualification in Fire Risk Assessment (or equivalent recognised fire safety qualification).
* Proven experience carrying out Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments.
* Strong knowledge of current fire safety legislation, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order and associated guidance.
* Excellent report writing and communication skills.
* Full right to work in the UK.
Desirable
* Membership of a recognised professional body.
* Experience across residential and commercial properties.
* Additional fire safety qualifications.
