Fire Door Surveyor / Inspector (Contract & Permanent)

Location: Midlands and Southern England - Work strictly matched to your local region to minimize travel

Rate: Competitive - Open to discussing preferred Day Rates or Price per Door

Contract Length: Long-term, ongoing

Working Days: Full-time preferred (Flexibility available: we positively welcome applications for ad-hoc or flexible schedules)

The Role

Working with a high degree of autonomy, you will manage your own workload independently to meet project milestones. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive fire door surveys and inspections within your designated region.

Accurately documenting findings using digital reporting systems.

Ensuring the timely submission of high-quality inspection reports.

About You

To be successful in this autonomous role, you must be highly experienced in working under your own initiative and confident in executing your own work schedules. The following are strictly required:

Qualifications: Must hold a FIRAS, FDIS, or an equivalent level of fire door inspection certification.

Experience: A proven track record of experience specifically within fire door surveying and compliance.

Attributes: Strong attention to detail, a commitment to life safety compliance, and the ability to work independently.
