About the Client
Our Client is a growing contractor delivering projects across private sector, residential, healthcare and education settings, including schools and hospitals. Due to continued growth, Our Client is seeking an experienced Fire Door Project/Technical Manager to oversee multiple live projects.
Roles/Responsibilities
Manage multiple fire door and passive fire protection projects from planning through to completion.
Lead approximately 10 operatives, including supervisors, carpenters and fire stoppers.
Assist with surveys and quotations, providing technical input on installation and remedial requirements.
Coordinate labour, materials, programmes and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
Conduct site visits, quality inspections and progress meetings, maintaining compliance with applicable BM TRADA and Kiwa requirements.
Manage client relationships and coordinate works within occupied residential, healthcare and education environments.
Produce project reports, maintain accurate documentation and work closely with senior management and commercial teams.Qualifications
Previous experience as a Fire Door Project Manager or Technical Manager.
At least eight years’ experience in fire door installation and remedial works, supported by strong technical knowledge.
Good understanding of fire stopping systems and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to manage site teams and multiple live projects.
Knowledge of BM TRADA and/or Kiwa (IFC) accreditation standards.
Experience delivering
