Description:

As part of our commitment to ensuring the highest standards in fire safety, we are currently seeking two experienced Fire Door Installers/Carpenters to join our team at the Brandon branch. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in fire door installation and maintenance, with expertise in FIRAS and/or B.M Trada certification schemes.

Responsibilities:

* Fire Door Installation: Execute the installation of fire doors in accordance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.

* Fire Door Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of existing fire doors to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

* Certification Compliance: Possess a thorough understanding of FIRAS and/or B.M Trada certification schemes and ensure adherence to certification requirements in all installation and maintenance activities.

* Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of workmanship and ensure that all fire door installations and maintenance activities meet the company's quality assurance benchmarks.

* Documentation: Complete all necessary documentation related to installation and maintenance activities, including certification records, work logs, and client communication.

* Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including project managers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless coordination and successful project outcomes.

* Training and Development: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Minimum of 2 of experience in fire door installation and maintenance.

* Certifications: Proficiency in FIRAS and/or B.M Trada certification schemes.

* Carpentry Skills: Strong carpentry skills with the ability to work with precision and attention to detail.

* Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

* Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

* Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and find practical solutions on the job.

* Adherence to Safety: Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and ensuring a safe working environment.
