Description:
We are actively looking for a Fire Contract Manager to join a local authority based Nottinghamshire area on a temporary basis. In return you will receive a 6 12 month contract, flexible working hours, mileage coverage, the opportunity to have your contract extended, the opportunity to be made permanent.
As the Fire Contract Manager, you will be:
Leading the fire social housing projects across fire stopping, emergency lighting and fire door replacement projects
Ensuring all the projects are running in line with targets
Supervising a team of operatives completing fire work across the authorities housing stock
Working as the responsible person to ensure that all work is compliant and in line with legislations
Qualifications / Experience:
Extensive fire safety background
Social housing experience
Experience managing social housing fire safety projects across emergency lighting, fire door replacements and fire stopping
Previous experience supervising teams
IT and Excel literate
As the Fire Contract Manager, you will receive:
£300 per day
6-12 month contract
Site / home based working
Flexible working hours
Mileage coverage
The opportunity to have your contract extended
The opportunity to be made permanent
