Fire and Security Service Engineer
Basic Salary £36,000–£42,000
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Fire and Security specialist that has built an excellent reputation for quality, reliability and looking after its engineers. The company continues to grow through long-standing customer relationships, repeat business and its commitment to delivering a genuinely high standard of service.
This is an opportunity to join a supportive and experienced engineering team where your contribution will be valued. The business offers strong earning potential, an exceptionally light call-out rota and a manageable regional workload with unnecessary travel.
Responsibilities as a Fire and Security Service Engineer
* Servicing, maintaining and fault-finding Fire and Security systems
* Working across Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms
* Diagnosing faults and completing remedial and small works where required
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with relevant standards and regulations
* Providing a professional service and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Covering Leicester and the surrounding areas
* Participating in a 1-in-16-week call-out rota
Package & Benefits for a Fire and Security Service Engineer
* Basic salary of £36,000–£42,000
* Travel paid after the first 30 minutes each way
* Excellent 1-in-16-week call-out rota
* £225 standby payment
* Call-outs paid door-to-door at 1.5x and 2x overtime rates
* Annual KPI bonus of up to £1,500
* Company van with personal use
