Manchester + The North West
£32,000 - £39,000 Basic Salary + Vehicle + Overtime + Progression
Alecto Recruitment are currently working with a growing and highly respected Fire & Security company who are looking to add an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to their Manchester team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that continues to secure new contracts and invest in its engineers, offering a varied role covering servicing, maintenance, fault finding, reactive works, small works and occasional project installations.
You'll be working across a diverse range of commercial sites including major retail stores, leisure venues, casinos, hospitality sites, transport hubs and food court environments, ensuring no two days are the same.
The Role
Service and maintain fire and security systems
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
1 in 11 Call out rota with competetive call out fee
Complete small works and system upgrades
Identify remedial works and generate quotations where required
Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and company procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers on site
Coverage Area
This role covers the North West, including areas such as:
Carlisle
Blackburn
Burnley
Birkenhead
Lake District
Surrounding areasWhere travel distances are significant, overnight accommodation is provided, ensuring engineers are supported and not expected to undertake excessive daily travel.

Requirements
Experience working on fire and/or security systems
Strong fault-finding and servicing experience
Good customer-facing skills
Full UK Driving Licence
