We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Alarm Commissioning Engineer to join a growing and well-established fire and life safety company based in London. Due to continued expansion and an increasing workload, our client is looking to strengthen their engineering team with a skilled professional who can deliver high-quality fire alarm commissioning across multiple sites.

Fire Alarm Commissioning Engineer – Role & Responsibilities
* Commissioning fire alarm systems and associated life safety equipment in accordance with BS 5839 and current industry regulations
* Liaising with Project Managers and Works Departments to ensure best practice and cost-effective solutions
* Carrying out commissioning works across commercial and residential sites throughout London
* Working with a range of fire alarm manufacturers’ systems
* Ensuring all works are completed to a high standard of quality and compliance
* Providing clear communication with customers and internal teams
* Completing documentation and handover reports accurately and efficiently
* Supporting other engineers and team members when required
Fire Alarm Commissioning Engineer – Skills & Experience Required
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* Previous experience as a Fire Alarm Commissioning Engineer or Fire Alarm Engineer
* Ideally 3+ years’ experience within the fire alarm industry (desirable but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems and commissioning procedures
* Experience working with multiple fire alarm manufacturers
* Willingness to undertake further training and development
* Relevant certifications such as IPAF, CSCS/ECS, FIA, City & Guilds (desirable)
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation
