Description:

I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager for their residential scheme based in Essex. This scheme is major RC frame residential scheme, consisting of over 400 units.

As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible to work closely with the Site Manager in taking units from 2nd fix stage and finals through to handover. You will be responsible for creating and closing out snag lists, managing subcontractors on site, responsible for health and safety with reporting into the Project Director on site. The ideal candidate must have an extensive track record of delivering units to a high standard and be able to work under pressure to target dates. The candidate must have worked for a residential main contractor/residential developer.

Contract length is one years work minimum and you must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certificate.
