We are looking for a main contractor’s Finishing Manager for a six block, £110m, 400 unit development near Hayes & Harlington Station on The Elizabeth Line in West London.
Reporting to a Block Manager, the successful candidate will take up from the Façade Manager, after window installation, overseeing the activities of trades contractors from 1st fix through to completion and hand over. The role would therefore best suit applicants from either a carpentry or painting and decorating background with a minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience.
The role is with the Central London office of a Dublin-headquartered main contractor with a very healthy pipeline of BTR, student accommodation, hotels and other resi-led, RC frame, mid / high rise developments throughout Greater London and, with a start anticipated in late July / early August, interviews are available from w/c 1st July.
The position is available on either a salaried or freelance basis, £50k to £70k + package or £200 to £300pd
