Finishing Manager
Cambridge.
Temporary.
SMSTS CSCS, First Aid.
£230 - £240 per day.
Mon - Fri. Saturdays and Sunday will be available.
8am - 5pm.
Immediate Start.
4-5 Months to project completion.
One of our great clients, who are a Main Contractor are on the look out for a Finishing Manager with Commercial, internals experience but with an all round good knowledge of Site Management. The project you will be working on, is circa £35 million in value.
Our client are well known in the Cambridgeshire and East Anglia area for delivering projects Commercial units, Sport and Leisure, Healthcare projects for local authorities, Schools, Colleges and Universities, Hospitals and major housing developments.
You will be overseeing the finishing off the internals of the project from carpentry, painting and the general clean all the way to completion. Working alongside the Site Manager to get the job finished, to an incredibly high standard.
Looking for:
- 3 / 5 years experience in Commercial schemes or similar.
- Organised, proactive and motivated.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- In charge of Health & Safety.
- Control of the project. Looking after a team and completing the finishing touches.
