£300–£350 PER DAY | MAJOR ACCOMMODATION PROJECT

We’re looking for an experienced, driven Finishing Manager to join a major £29.2m accommodation development in North Yorkshire.
If you know how to drive quality, manage finishing trades and get a project over the line to the highest standards, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
THE ROLE
Take control of finishing works and subcontractor performance.
Drive quality, snagging and defect rectification.
Keep the programme on track and push works towards completion.
Carry out quality inspections and pre-handover checks.
Work closely with the site team to achieve a smooth, high-quality handover.
Maintain excellent health and safety standards throughout.WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on large-scale construction or accommodation projects.
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
The ability to drive progress and deliver against tight deadlines.
Relevant site qualifications, including SMSTS and CSCS, preferred.WHAT’S ON OFFER?
