The Company:
Nationwide residential developer who deliver sustainable mixed use schemes nation wide. This developer prides themselves on gentrification and the redevelopment of derelict land to create spaces whereby everyone can live collaboratively and effectively. This client allow staff full autonomy to carry out their job duties.
The Role:
My client is on the lookout for a fully fledged Finishing Manager to join the project at the internals stage specifically from 1st Fix to completion. The right candidate would be looking after 20-30 units at one time with a team of sub contractors to manage throughout the snagging and de-snagging of the units. This role requires a finishing manager with a proven track record of delivering successful handover on time and within budget but also someone who can hit the ground running and push the program.
Experience:
At least 4 years of proven experience working as a finishing manager looking after various units at one time specifically on RC Frame projects. Good Technical background (Ideally a finishing trade). Steady track record, PC Literate (all MS Office and Snagging Software i.e Snag R)
