Finishing Foreman
* Maidstone, Kent (ME15 6XW)
* Start Date: 29th June 2026
* Duration: Approx. 2 Months
* £240–£250 per day CIS
Frontline Construction Recruitment are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman for a residential development in Maidstone.
This is a hands-on role focused on driving the project through its final stages, managing subcontractors, coordinating finishing trades, and ensuring all snagging and completion works are delivered to programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing day-to-day finishing works on site
* Coordinating and chasing subcontractors
* Working through snagging and completion schedules
* Monitoring quality and closing out defects
* Reporting progress to site management
* Maintaining health and safety standards on site
Requirements
* Valid CSCS Card
* SMSTS or SSSTS
* First Aid at Work
* Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman, Assistant Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Finishing Manager
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proactive, logical and motivated approach to work
