On behalf of our client, I am currently recruiting for a Finishing Foreman/Woman to commence work in Manchester, M8 from Monday 17th June 2024.
Requirments
* Proof of right to work in the UK
* SSSTS/SMSTS - ESSENTIAL
* Previous experience within the same role
* Good level of English
* Experience of snagging (comprehensive)
* Available to start on Monday 17th June 2024

Duties
My client is sectioning the job off in order to finish the project to current project timescale and with this in mind, they are looking for someone who is competent in carrying out the following:
* Working under and reporting to Site Management
* Carrying out comprehensive snagging reports to relay back to the Site Management team in order for the correct trades to be given the right information to carry out the required tasks
* Oversee the works and ensure they are completed within the correct timescale and to required standard
* Handover of each section
Gross pay rate
* £200.00 to £220.00 a day
