Description:
Astute's Power team is partnering with a Principal Contractor in the Energy from Waste sector to recruit a Finishing Foreman on a 3-month contract for its Leeds site.
The Finishing Foreman role comes with a day rate of £300.00.
Key skills
Co-ordination of internal fit-out for an office fit-out.
Overseen various packages such as drylining, ceiling, flooring, decoration, joinery and general building works.
Co-ordination of M&E Contractors alongside other Supervisors
Hold Site & H&S knowledge and logistics.
Enforce site standards.
Must hold a good understanding of quality management system and able to plan, monitor and control all aspects.
Must have a Shopfitting / Building background
