Experienced Finishing Foreman - Derby
Location: Derby
Duration: Long term
Position: Finishing Foreman
We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a long-term residential construction project in Derby.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential finishing works and proven experience managing finishing trades and subcontractors through the later stages of a development.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and coordinating finishing trades on site.
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
- Monitoring progress and working to programme deadlines.
- Carrying out quality checks and managing snagging.
- Coordinating with the Site Management team and other trades.
- Ensuring areas are completed and ready for handover.
- Maintaining high standards of health, safety and workmanship.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential projects.
- Valid CSCS card - required.
- SMSTS - required.
- First Aid - required.
- Strong knowledge of residential finishing works.
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades.
