Description:
Finishing Foreman
* High-end Hotel Scheme
* Freelance – Until Sept/Oct
* Rate: Up to £250 per day
* Based in Mayfair
We are currently searching for a Finishing Foreman for a ultra-high-end hospitality scheme based in Mayfair. This role is with a specialist fitout contractor who are leaders in the industry and pride themselves on delivering projects to the highest standard.
The role:
* Snag units to highlight defects in subcontractor works
* Supervise the closing out of units
* Direct subcontractors and provide technical support on problems which arise
* Liaise with various trades to ensure workspaces are kept clean and tidy
* Give regular updates to the rest of the project team on your area of works
Required:
* Experience working as a Finishing Foreman previously on hospitality schemes.
* A carpentry background would be beneficial but experience in the role would be preferred.
* Applicants must hold CSCS, SSSTS and First Aid as a minimum.
