Description:
Finishing Foreman
* 18-Unit Residential New Build Scheme
* Freelance: £230 per day
* Based in Brixton
We are currently searching for a Finishing Foreman to help close out a residential new-build project in Brixton. There is approximately 3 months left on the project so the primary focus will be snagging units.
The role:
* Snag units to highlight defects in subcontractor works
* Supervise the closing out of units
* Direct subcontractors and provide technical support on problem which arise
* Use Procore to record snags and quality assurance reports
Required:
* Experience working as a Finishing Foreman previously on Residential units.
* A trade background would be beneficial but experience in the role would be preferred.
* Applicants must hold CSCS, SSSTS and First Aid as a minimum.
