Finishing Foreman – Residential New Build Project – Hitchin
Location: Hitchin, Hertfordshire
Duration: 6 weeks
We are currently recruiting a Finishing Foreman to work on a residential project in Hitchin for six weeks.
The role will be focused on snagging.
Key responsibilities:
• Carrying out detailed snagging inspections
• Producing and managing snagging lists
• Coordinating trades to complete remedial works
• Checking completed works and closing out defects
• Ensuring plots are completed to the required quality standard
• Working closely with the Site Manager and wider project team
• Maintaining high health and safety standards on site
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Finishing Foreman, Assistant Site Manager, Finishing Manager or in a similar snagging-focused role
