Finisher - New Build Housing Site
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Pay Rate: £20 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
We are currently looking for an experienced Finisher to join a new build housing development in Stockton-on-Tees.
The successful candidate will be responsible for completing finishing works across new build properties, working through snag lists to ensure all work is completed to a high standard and properties are ready for handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Completing finishing works on new build houses.
Working through snag lists and rectifying defects.
Carrying out touch-ups and minor repairs.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high-quality standard.
Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy working environment.Requirements:
Previous experience in a finishing role on new build housing sites.
Ability to work independently and follow snag lists.
Good attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
Own tools and relevant PPE.
Reliability and a strong work ethic.What's on Offer?
