Description:
We are looking for a Finisher who is responsible for completing final-stage work on products, materials, or structures to ensure they meet quality, safety, and aesthetic standards. This role involves precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various finishing tools, materials, and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Surface Preparation - Clean, sand, fill, or smooth surfaces to prepare them for finishing.
Applying Finishes - Apply paint, stain, varnish, sealant, coatings, or other finishes according to specifications.
Quality Inspection - Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
Tool Operation - Use hand tools and power tools such as sanders, sprayers, buffers, and polishers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Attention to Detail - Ability to produce high-quality, precise work.
Manual Dexterity - Skilled in handling tools and performing fine, detailed tasks.
Knowledge of Finishing Materials - Understanding of paints, stains, coatings, and surface treatments.
