Temp to Perm Opportunity
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a well-established, multinational manufacturing business based in Rothley. This is a long-term opportunity with a genuine temp-to-perm pathway, offering stability and development within a busy warehouse environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the finished goods operation, ensuring stock is handled, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating FLT Counterbalance, along with equipment such as reel clamps and PPTs
Moving and storing pallets within the warehouse
Preparing finished goods for dispatch in line with schedules
Loading vehicles when required
Completing daily equipment checks and reporting defects
Maintaining accurate paperwork and stock records
Identifying damaged stock or quality issues
Supporting stock counts and inventory control
Working collaboratively with the wider warehouse team
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Following all health and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (essential)
Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Good communication skills
