Position Overview

The Fine Art Export Coordinator will manage the safe, compliant, and efficient export of artworks, antiques, and interior design objects to international destinations. This role requires a meticulous eye for detail, knowledge of customs/export regulations, and the ability to coordinate with clients, galleries, shippers, and regulatory bodies to ensure items are transported securely and on schedule.

* Private Healthcare

* £40-45k basic plus overtime

* Office Based 5 days a week

* Located: Feltham Middlesex

* Hours Monday – Friday

* 22 days hols plus BH

Our team specialises in the safe handling, transport, and installation of valuable artworks, interior design and antiques, delivering the highest standards of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities; Fine Art Export Coordinator

* Prepare and review all export documentation, including customs declarations, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

* Mode of shipping, air, courier, Road and Sea Freight.

* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.

* Liaise with fine art handlers, shipping agents, couriers, and freight forwarders to arrange safe and timely export.

* Track shipments and provide clients with clear updates and documentation.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.

* Resolve issues related to export delays, customs clearance.

* Maintain accurate and complete shipment records for audit and compliance purposes.

Skills & Qualifications; Fine Art Export Coordinator

* Proven experience in logistics, shipping

* Knowledge of Art Shipping would be advantageous but not essential

* Strong knowledge of export freight forwarding, regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping requirements.

* High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

* Operational systems BoxTop and E-customs knowledge would be helpful.
