Financial Services Administrator | 1 year contract | Temporary with the potential to become permanent | Pinner | 9.30am -1.30pm 5 days per week | £24,000 pro rata| Remote role with office-based potential

Our client is a team of financial advisers specialising in providing advice on mortgages, personal and company protection, retirement planning, investments, and Inheritance tax planning.

The team have been helping clients navigate complex financial markets since 2001, and from those very early days, the business has evolved primarily through client recommendations.

This is a working from home position; however, this may change to office based. Initially, this role is a 12-month contract with a view to becoming permanent.

Are you the right person for the job?

Experience in financial services is desirable but not essential
Mortgage admin experience is desirable but not essential
Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office tools
Thorough attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong organisational skills
What will your role as a Financial Services Administrator look like?

Answering calls
Mortgage, life assurance and pension admin
Buildings and contents quotes and letters
Checking emails
Suitability letters and reviews
Tracking of cases and updates
Keeping CRM updated
Sending out newsletters and campaign management
Full training will be provided
