Opportunity for ISA Transfer Specialist to join multi-award-winning online saving and investment service.
Hybrid role - working from the Penarth based office at least 1 day per week
The Role
As ISA Transfer Specialist / Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering the best possible service to customers whilst helping teammates. Responsibilities include:
Complete all aspects of ISA transfers administration for both In's and Outs
Communicate with old and new plan managers
Manage any controls and risks presented on a daily basis
Work with customer care team to service any customer queries
Work with third party providers
Be aware of and work to company and industry SLA'sThe Company

The Person
As Financial Services Administrator / ISA Transfer Specialist you will have experience in a similar operational role. You will also need:
Experience and knowledge of the ISA Transfers rules and guidelines
Confidence to challenge processes and suggest improvements
Strong communication skills when speaking with internal or external customers
