St Albans
Salary £28k to £32k
Our client has been established 20 years plus, due to growth within the business have an opportunity for an experienced financial services administrator to join the team. Based on the outskirts of St Albans!
Role
Work closely with financial services advisors
Liaise with clients both phone and email.
Ensure all clients data and records are maintained.
Process documentation
Work closely with external customers and clients
Respond to new business queries.
Set up new clients.
Arrange meetings.
Prepare draft valuations.
Meet and greet visitors.
General admin
Skills required.
Must have previous experience within an financial services environment
Understanding of the financial planning process
Excellent IT skills
Excellent communication skills
