As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, reporting, and compliance for the company. Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in shaping financial strategy, optimising processes, and ensuring the integrity of financial information.

Responsibilities:
Lead the finance team in preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Develop and implement robust financial controls and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Conduct financial analysis and performance evaluations to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely submission of statutory filings and compliance with applicable laws.
Provide financial guidance and support to departmental heads and senior management, driving accountability and performance.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks, proactively advising management on potential impacts and mitigation strategies.
What you will bring to the role.
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with extensive experience in finance leadership roles.
Proven track record of success in financial management, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making.
