Are you a Financial Controller / Manager with a background within manufacturing, seeking to elevate your career into an independent and adaptable role within a well-established group of companies where you will be oversee a variety of market leading projects within a thriving group of companies that are experiencing significant growth, meanwhile gaining exposure to critical operational functions that goes beyond the company's finances?

This company is part of a group of companies that have been established for over 25 years designing and manufacturing bespoke engineering products. After significant backing, they are growing from strength to strength within the engineering sector and are looking for the next financial manager / controller to lead the company within their financial division.

Your primary responsibilities include managing all aspects of financial reporting and streamlining organizational processes. Reporting. to the Managing Director and handling data entry tasks, the role will oversee financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting and forecasting. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and financial reporting standards. Beyond contract management, the controller would likely engage in financial risk management, optimizing cash flow, and implementing cost-saving measures where feasible.

THE ROLE:
