Financial Controller - Hull - Up to £75,000 + Car and Bonus

This family-owned business needs you to join them as they embark on the next phase of their growth journey. As a qualified experienced financial controller, you'll understand what the day-to-day needs to look like, managing a small team and driving performance forwards. As most of the finance is outsourced currently this gives you a great opportunity to set up processes and controls in a way that you've always wanted to do but not had the freedom to do. They have some ambitious and achievable growth plans and this role will be instrumental in achieving them.
You'll have the option for hybrid working, a car allowance, profit share bonus which is currently tracking at 16% and potential future progression to FD.
