As we continue to expand and excel in our field, we are seeking a talented Financial Controller to join our team and play a pivotal role in our ongoing success.

Position Overview: As a Financial Controller you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance. You will work closely with senior management to develop strategic financial plans, optimize financial performance, and ensure the company's financial health and stability. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and experienced financial professional to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's objectives.

* Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

* Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

* Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and profitability.

* Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cost efficiencies, enhance productivity, and maximize shareholder value.

* Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.

* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.

* Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, with a track record of driving financial performance and operational excellence.

* Advanced proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

* Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.

* Commitment to integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all aspects of financial management.
