What will the Financial Controller role involve?

Leading the financial planning and analysis to support business growth and strategic decision making

Managing a small team of finance professionals, fostering development and high performance
Partnering with other departments to deliver insights that drive operational improvement
Suitable Candidate for the Financial Controller vacancy:

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with proven experience in a financial management role, preferably within a medium size business
Strong technical accounting skills and understanding of UK financial regulations
Leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing teams
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
A proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
