Managing the finance team, coaching and mentoring.
Prepare financial reports that give clear information for planning and decision-making.
Review financial data and resolve discrepancies to improve accuracy.
Manage month-end processes and ensure deadlines are met.
Monitor budgets and spending, highlighting key variances where needed.
Maintain effective financial procedures across the Accounting & Finance department.
