Deputising for the Head of Finance & IT when required.
Supporting, mentoring and developing a small finance team, including two direct reports.

A professional accountancy qualification such as CIMA, ACCA or ACA, or be part-qualified with extensive relevant experience.
Strong technical accounting experience across financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Previous experience of managing or developing finance team members.
Strong Excel and financial systems experience, alongside excellent attention to detail.
A proactive approach with strong communication skills and the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
