A successful Financial Controller should have:
A strong background in accounting and finance within the property industry.
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
Proven ability to manage financial operations and reporting effectively.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a finance team.
