Salary and Benefits:
* For candidates without management experience: £45,000+ per annum
* Salaries are negotiable based on experience.
Qualifications:
* ACA or ACCA (or equivalent).
Role Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with audit standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.
* Coordinate and supervise audit teams, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
* Review audit work, financial statements, and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance.
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business processes, identify risks, and offer value-added recommendations.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on audit-related matters.
* Stay updated on changes in auditing standards, accounting regulations, and industry developments.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of audit methodologies, tools, and best practices.
* Assist with business development, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and networking to support audit practice growth.
